Product Description

The Three-Panel Surgical Binder (9 inch) provides support and compression to abdominal muscles weakened by strain – all without restricting breathing or muscle redevelopment.  An abdominal strain is defined as a mild injury to the abdominal muscles resulting from trauma, overuse, pregnancy, inactivity, or surgeries such as cesarean, liposuction or hysterectomy.  The Three-Panel surgical binder enhances compliance following open abdominal surgical procedures and can help prevent sedentary complications such as pneumonia.  Wearing a binder encourages embulation earlier and allows for more comfortable and controlled breathing.

Care & Fiber Content

Latex Free

Fasten closure and hand wash in cold water with mild soap.  Wrap in a towel to remove excess water (do not twist or wring).  air dry away from heat.  Do not tumble dry.  Do not bleach.

Hand washing with Jolastic Washing Solution is recommended to protect the elastic fiber and help prevent fading of color.
